Shipping Policy:
Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

In addition, please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been shipped for UPS Ground Deliveries to be delivered within the continental United States.

Large orders, items which are over-sized are shipped via UPS Mail. Also it can take longer to arrive once shipped or are governed by each individual manufacturer or distributor in which item has been produced or shipped from.

Not all items are available for U.S. Mail shipping.

Incorrect addresses will be subject to a $5.00 UPS correction fee.

Signature required option is available for UPS shipments upon request only.

Free Shipping is for one address only Multiple addresses will be charge an additional cost which will be assessed a $15.00 charge. There is a $15.00 custom fee to ship to a Canada resident

Refund Policy:

Return for Refund:
20% Restocking Fee. Refunds are issued in the same payment method, example you used a credit card we will issue the refund to that card.

Return for Exchange:
Send product back with RMA per instructions at your expense and we will ship a replacement at ours.

Return for a Store Credit:
If an item is not available on an exchange transaction we will issue a store credit or if you choose issue a refund less the restocking fee.
A store credit will be the only option when requesting a refund for a credit card transaction that has expired, typically that is 60 days from the date of capture. An example, we issue you an RMA, you return the item and for some reason it is beyond the expiration date of the transaction, therefore we cannot apply it to the Credit Card, in all such cases we will issue a store credit, no exceptions, we will not issue cash refunds for such a transaction because we are still at risk for a charge back. Store credits expire one-year from date of issue.

Items that CANNOT be Returned:
Tapes, videos, DVD's, CD's and video games may be exchanged only.
Health and Beauty items if opened are non-returnable.
Food products of any type are non-returnable.
RC Planes, Helicopters or other merchandise with inherit risk of breakage though use.
Other items may have special return policies. Such policies will be indicated in the "Fast Facts" section of the product's online listing.
Unsellable Goods - We do not offer consignment sales. RMA's will be denied for this purpose. If we are forced to take the product back the restock fee will be double its normal rate and rather than refund we will issue a store credit. We suggest discounting the product or marketing the product rather than trying to return for non-sale.

All Bedding:
All items are warranted for 30 days from date of receipt by customer. Items for exchange must be issued an exchange number and items must be in original resaleable condition and not to have been used or washed per Not Just a Gift Shop policy.
Returnable items which are defective will be issued a full credit if not replaced or exchanged, defective items which are non-returnable will be replaced only. Customer is responsible for return of defective item per Nationwide Sales return policies. A full refund will be issued for item deemed defective if replacement is not possible. Items under warranty which are claimed to be defective and items for exchange must be issued a return authorization number and return instructions by Not Just a Gift Shop. Wrinkling of fabrics may be common for most 100% cotton, Silk and Bridal Quality Satin materials. Not Just a Gift Shop and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage. Return Policy:
Non-Defective Merchandise Allowed within 30 Days

For delivered merchandise that involves "buyer remorse" or other non-defective or non-damaged reasons for return, Not Just A Gift shop will accept requests formally submitted to Not Just A Gift Shop for final approval. In order to qualify for approval, all non-defective return requests require merchandise to be in new, unused, and resellable condition as determined by Not just A Gift Shop. To submit an items non-defective return request, please describe the reason for non-defective return. We have a comment section in our Contact Us department any comment are welcome we are here to make your transaction easy and painless. Once an order is submitted we are unable to change the quantities, ship to location or cancel the order. Approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. Because all down comforters are packed tightly for shipping, some comforters may need to be aired out upon receiving.
